Pro Subscription Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to the CollectorIQ professional offer sold at 2,499 EUR per year.

The offer is reserved for professionals acting for business purposes in the art market or related sectors.

1. Purpose of the service

CollectorIQ provides paying professional users with access to a curated database and workflow tools relating to collectors and market participants, together with messaging or qualification features made available on the platform at the time of subscription.

2. Eligibility

  • The customer must be a professional or legal entity acting within a business activity.
  • The customer warrants that the purchaser and users have authority to bind the organization.
  • Consumer rights applicable only to consumers do not apply where the customer acts exclusively for professional purposes.

3. Price and payment

  • Public price: 2,499 EUR for a 12-month subscription period.
  • Payment is due in full upon order through the checkout flow made available by CollectorIQ and its payment provider.
  • Access is activated after payment confirmation and may be linked to the purchasing email or account created for the customer.

4. Duration and renewal

Unless the checkout explicitly provides for recurring billing, the subscription runs for 12 months from activation and must be renewed by a new order or by any renewal mechanism later presented to the customer.

5. License and usage restrictions

  • Access is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the customer's internal professional use.
  • The customer must not scrape, mirror, export in bulk, resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, or build a competing database from CollectorIQ content.
  • Credentials must remain confidential and may not be shared outside the authorized scope agreed with CollectorIQ.

6. Compliance and fair use

  • The customer is solely responsible for the use made of the information accessed through CollectorIQ.
  • The customer must comply with GDPR, marketing, anti-spam, and anti-discrimination rules applicable to its activities.
  • Any discriminatory, unlawful, or abusive use of the service or data may lead to immediate suspension.

7. Availability, support, and changes

CollectorIQ may improve, adapt, or modify features, interfaces, and datasets over time. The service is provided with a reasonable-availability objective but without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Suspension and termination

  • CollectorIQ may suspend or terminate access in case of non-payment, fraud risk, credential sharing, unlawful use, data extraction abuse, or material breach of these terms.
  • Except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, sums paid remain non-refundable once access has been granted.

9. Liability

CollectorIQ does not guarantee the conclusion of transactions, the exhaustiveness of public-source information, or the suitability of the service for every commercial purpose. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory rules.
